Do I need to know anything about websites?

No.

You don't need to know what DNS, hosting or HTML means. I'll explain anything you need to know in plain English.

Which platform should I use?

That depends on what you need.

I'll recommend based on your requirements rather than trying to make every project fit the same platform.

Do you provide a domain name?

I can help you choose and connect a domain, but the domain remains yours.

Can you use my existing domain?

Yes. I can help connect an existing domain to your new website.

Can I make changes myself afterwards?

Yes. I'll make sure you know how to make basic updates yourself.

What if I don't have all my content ready?

That's okay. We can work out what you need and I'll give you a clear list of what's required before we start.

Can you maintain my website?

As part of my package, I offer some basic training on how to maintain your website yourself. If you'd prefer not to, yes. Ongoing updates can be arranged at separate cost, if you'd rather not manage the website yourself.

Will there be an annual subscription?

A domain name requires a annual subscription. Some of the packages for website hosting do not require an annual subscription and I can recommend the best options for you to avoid additional fees where possible. 

I am aware that some hosting platforms (Wix) do require an annual subscription (£150+) and choose to not use these platforms.
